The BowFlex TC6000 is the top-end of the company's TreadClimber line of treadmill/stair stepper hybrids. As with the other TreadClimber machines, the two platforms move up and down independently like a traditional stair stepper while simultaneously turning like miniature treadmills. To add variation to your workouts, the platforms can also be locked together to operate like a standard treadmill with a 10 percent incline or, if you simply mount the TC6000 without turning on the power, it will operate in standard stair stepper mode. The TC6000 features the largest console in the TreadClimber range and offers an array of programmed workouts, such as interval, cross training, heart rate control and plateau modes. There is no doubt that this model delivers effective, low-impact workouts that combine the movements of a stair stepper and a treadmill.

Whether you're embarking upon a fitness regime for the first time or if you already exercise regularly, the TC6000 will provide a great cardio workout and exercise the leg muscles without straining your hips, knees or ankles. This all new model featuring the Bowflex Advantage. The newest model delivers the most features, including 18 electronic functions, customizable programs so you can track the results from up to 5 users, and an ergonomic crossbar with a remote operating keypad for easier use. For many home exercisers, though, the size of this model and the size of its price tag may prove too much. The TC6000 weighs a formidable 350 pounds when fully assembled. Integrated transport wheels are designed to make it easier to move, but at this weight, it is not a machine you'll want to move in and out of a closet each time you exercise. The 12 resistance levels are easy to adjust but require stepping off the TreadClimber to do so.
